Each INGA piece is hand-stitched in our Los Angeles atelier and composed of decorative safety pins, crystals, chains, and sculptural embellishments that define the house aesthetic. These elements are the soul of the work. They are also, by their nature, objects that require thoughtful handling. By purchasing an INGA piece, you acknowledge and accept the following.
Safety Pins as Design Element Safety pins are an integral part of the INGA signature. With wear and handling, individual pins may loosen or open. The wearer is responsible for routine inspection of pin closures and for re-securing any that have shifted. Handle with the care appropriate to a piece that contains sharp decorative hardware.
Embellishments Crystals, studs, chains, and applied hardware are hand-set and may loosen or detach over time. Regular inspection and adherence to the included care guidance are required to preserve both the integrity of the piece and the safety of the wearer.
Age Guidance INGA pieces are not intended for use by, or in the immediate presence of, children under the age of fourteen without direct adult supervision. Small components and sharp decorative elements are not suitable for unsupervised handling by young children.
Assumption of Risk The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the wear and handling of the piece, including but not limited to injury from sharp decorative elements, loose embellishments, or hardware components.
Care Requirements All INGA pieces are hand-wash only and must be stored in the dust bag provided. Proper care preserves the embellishments, protects the hand-stitched construction, and maintains the safety profile of the piece. Failure to follow the included care instructions may result in damage and may increase the risks noted above.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these care requirements and safety notices.
