All Sales Final

Each INGA piece is made to order and one of a kind. The moment your order is placed, our atelier begins crafting your piece by hand, sourcing materials, embellishing crystals, and stitching on the same machine our founder has used since the very first INGA design. No two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Because every piece is created uniquely for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit.

We invite you to take your time before placing an order. Review measurements, materials, and details carefully. Reach out to our atelier with any questions before purchasing at ingadesign.orders@gmail.com. We are always happy to guide you through your selection.

Every piece is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our atelier to ensure it meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ingadesign.orders@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will review and address each case individually.

Acknowledgment of Design

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that decorative safety pins are an intentional part of the design and may potentially open during use.

You accept responsibility for regularly inspecting the safety pins and securing any that have loosened.

You will handle the product with appropriate care to minimize the risk of safety pin opening.

You assume all risks associated with the use of this product, including but not limited to potential injury from sharp objects.

INGA Fashion Design and its owners are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product.

This product is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age without adult supervision.
