Inspect safety pin closures regularly and re-secure as needed. Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use to preserve its shine and structure for years to come.
Hand Wash Only — Each Inga product should be hand washed to preserve its craftsmanship and keep its integrity intact.
Proper Storage — When not in use, store your piece in the provided dust bag to ensure the crystals and embellishments remain secure and protected.
Our Return & Refund Policy
Each INGA piece is made to order and one of a kind. Because every piece is crafted uniquely for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit.
Every piece is thoroughly inspected before leaving our atelier to ensure it meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
